The Iris 'Ann Chowning' has intense velvety red flowers with deep yellow signals. With a velvety texture and beautiful evergreen foliage, it has a plant height of 36" and a width of 18-24" Blooming from spring into summer, 'Ann Chowning' would be an attractive backdrop for your garden. It is an easily grown Iris. Iris 'Ann Chowning' prefers moist, well-drained soil in full sun, but will tolerate some afternoon shade.
