 The Shade Hosta 'T-Rex', Hosta 'T-Rex', is a gargantuan-sized hosta! The dusky blue-green leaves are so large (18"x20") the plant may take 3-4 seasons to fully mature into its full size potential. The monstrous green leaves of the T. Rex Hosta are slightly wavy and floppy. Large, near-white, tubular flowers are produced on 34-38" scapes in early summer. Somewhat sun and snail tolerant.Hosta's provide bright color in shade with wonderful foliage. Hosta 'T-Rex' needs to be planted in a part shade area in any moist, well-drained area. This low care perennial is ideal for shady positions, tubs and patio pots, and one of the most popular for landscape uses. Hostas are very easy to propagate through division.
